The queen room was neat and new-fashioned with extra chair in bedroom, so that guests had essentials. Overall the staff was very pleasant and amazingly nice.
Some people working there were miserable.

I asked for double room with basics, had a VERY NICE stay. The location in a lovely quiet area was excellent and there were shops and convenience stores nearby. I tried some drinks at pub Tavern Bar Restaurant, located 10 minutes walk away.
The staff was miserable.

Loved the hotel, it is luxury and fairly clean, has excellent location to use the bus service as the bus stop was nearby. The staff was excellent, so I will be back.

Overall clean and ideal hotel with perfect and exceptionally nice location to use the bus service as the bus stop was nearby, just what I needed. The staff members were efficient and excellent friendly. Stayed in huge double room with a great shower. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to others.

Make sure you stay in the double room in good condition. The price is just right - £ 45. Its location is excellent & absolutely perfect, just off the town centre, a lovely beach and Eyemouth.
